New, unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned with 30 days of the date on your Sales Receipt. All items must be in their original packaging and completely free of dirt, odors, smoke, pet hair, etc. All returns must include the Sales Receipt, or, if the item was a gift, the Sales Receipt number.
Before sending a return, you must call Customer Service at 1-888-856-2841 to report your reason for return, and to discuss your refund and/or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend buying insurance and/or using Delivery Confirmation, as we will not be responsible for items we do not receive.
If you are returning all or part of an order that received free shipping, you will be charged for the orginal shipping costs.
If you believe an item to be defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
